Bearing material and heat treatment technical requirements

        1 The bearing ring and rolling element are made of GCr15 and GCr15SiMn bearing steel, which should meet the requirements of the drawings. Its quality requirements should meet the GB/T18254 standard.
2 The bearing ring and rolling element heat treatment standards are carried out according to JB/T1255 standard. The uniformity of hardness of the same part should be within 1HRC.
3 After the martensite quenching and tempering of the bearing ring, the microstructure should be composed of cryptocrystalline, fine crystalline martensite, uniformly distributed fine residual carbide, a small amount of retained austenite and a small amount of troostite. After quenching and tempering Microstructure requirements should be in accordance with JB/T1255.
