In the process of measuring the radial clearance of the FAG bearing, it is necessary to ensure that the ball falls into the bottom of the groove; for closed bearings, it should be measured before closing; when using the instrument to measure, the measured value should also be subtracted from the load. The amount of play increases.
When the object to be measured is a multi-row ball bearing, it is required that each column of the measured value is qualified, and then the arithmetic mean of each column is taken as the radial clearance of the FAG bearing.
When conditions permit, it is best to use special instrumental measurements.
When it is necessary to use the hand-push method to measure, the measurer is required to have a higher measurement skill, because the measurement error of this method will be large, especially when the play is in the edge state, it is easy to cause an error. At this time, the instrument measurement should be taken as the standard.
When using the feeler gauge measurement method, it should be operated according to the standard regulations. It should not be measured by rolling the roller from the feeler gauge.
