1, the problem of the drive: the structure inside the drive itself or the problem of the electronic original device will also cause misalignment, this is the most; if the number of occurrences is not much, and the speed is reduced a little, sometimes can be carved normally, which means that the drive has not It is completely broken; if it is misaligned at the beginning, it means that the drive is completely broken. Solution: Repair the drive or replace the drive.
2, the voltage problem: the engraving machine needs a lot of power when working, if the voltage is too low, the power supply to the driver is insufficient, the power will not reach the misalignment phenomenon, this situation is generally more than the Y-axis misalignment, this occurs The phenomenon may be that the external voltage is not enough, or someone using a high-power device such as electric welding on the same line. Solution: Install a 5000 watt regulated power supply, but the error range of this regulated power supply should not exceed 5%, preferably within 3%.


3, the interface board, the motherboard, the adapter board problem: If the interface board, the motherboard, the adapter board is broken, the engraving machine in the process of working, a certain direction or the three axes are not moving, resulting in the engraving misplacement.


4, the problem of the spindle motor: If the stepper motor or the servo motor problem, the whole machine does not move in a certain direction, the hand screw can not turn.


5, the problem of the machine itself: a certain part of the machine tool has problems or loose, the surface has impurities, etc. will also be misaligned; if the coupling is loose, broken, there will be misalignment; rails, long time on the screw Misalignment can occur if there is no cleaning and refueling; if the machine tool line is broken, misalignment will occur.
