Engraving machine repair


When the engraving machine is not working properly, it may be a problem with its internal components or other reasons. The following is a general introduction to the problems that often arise.

(1) One of the three axes cannot move. In this case, check if the corresponding drive block of the corresponding axis is damaged. The inspection method can use the replacement method: unplug the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed shaft and insert it into the drive corresponding to the other active shaft.

(2) If the non-moving axis moves normally after the exchange, it can be explained that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged, and the drive block needs to be replaced. If the axis is not moving, it means that the cable or motor is faulty. Replace the cable or motor. The three axes cannot move. At this point, check if the three-axis aviation plug is connected to the control box and the control box power is turned on. Whether the data cable is connected to the control box and the control card in the computer mainframe. If all of the above are normal, please contact the factory.

(3) The spindle cannot operate normally. First check the error code displayed on the LED display of the inverter (see the inverter error code item). The following is an example of the YIXING inverter.

Fault code: DL output short circuit Check if the motor and cable are shorted

OL1OL2 load is too large, the motor is blocked, the blockage is eliminated, and the load is reduced.

LU undervoltage input voltage abnormality check input power

OH overheating load is too large. Cooling fan is damaged. Reduce the load and replace the fan. (Note: When the inverter displays DL, the reset button is invalid. Please power off and restart the inverter to eliminate the fault.)
