INA bearing fatigue failure is a failure of the surface form, mainly manifested by fatigue crack initiation, expansion and fracture processes, and metal damage caused by the long-term effects of load failure. Sealed thrust tapered roller bearings are lubricated with specially tested high quality lithium grease. This grease can withstand a high temperature of 120 degrees in a short time. If the stable operating temperature reaches 70 degrees or higher, the life of standard lithium grease will be shortened.
Frequent use of high temperatures indicates that an abnormal condition has occurred. High temperatures are also harmful to the lubricant of the bearing. Sometimes the INA bearing overheating can be attributed to the lubricant of the bearing. Long-term continuous rotation of the bearing at temperatures above 125 °C will reduce the life of the thrust tapered roller bearing. Causes of high temperature bearings include: insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication, lubricants. Contains impurities, excessive load, bearing damage, insufficient clearance, and high friction caused by oil seals.
When selecting the INA bearing seal form, consideration should be given to the type of lubricant of the imported bearing, the circumferential speed of the sealing contact surface, the bearing mounting error, and the like. Non-contact sealing devices can be selected when the sealing requirements are not high, the rotational speed of the thrust tapered roller bearing is high, and the mounting error of the shaft is too large. For the non-contact sealing device, if the sealing effect is to be enhanced, a centrifugal piece or a stagnation piece may be added to the non-contact sealing, and the discharge amount of the grease may be controlled by centrifugal force to achieve a sealing effect. If the working environment is bad and there is a possibility of moisture infiltration, a contact seal can be used for the support part.
